It’s hard to find a copywriter or a business advisor who understands our business. It’s a very niche, B-to-B, custom field where you can have copywriters. But they need to have an idea of what goes on in the industry and the types of products we provide. Or they’re not going to be able to deliver the message correctly.

He’s very knowledgeable in the building design space, which is important. He pointed us to CEUs and some of the more industry-specific components. He gave us the insider’s viewpoint on online marketing opportunities for reaching architects. So that’s always helpful to have a subject matter expert.
The clarity of his webinar presentation to the franchise owners was very strong. He presented in a way anyone unfamiliar with the building industry could understand. And they were able to pick up on it and take part in the conversation.
He helped us narrow down and zero in on the right messaging. We have so many products we can offer to so many different people.
